Always make a video recording while unpacking the product upon receipt.
All products are bespoke and made-to-measure with love on order. We do not keep a ready inventory. Therefore, we do not accept any request for refunds.
We understand that our standard sizes might not always work for you and therefore, we also offer custom tailored fit.
We only offer a one-time exchange in size. If the ordered outfit doesn’t fit you or if you had ordered a custom tailored fit but are facing fitting issues, we offer one-time exchange of size/alteration of your outfit at no extra cost, provided the alteration is not such as to significantly change the overall size of the outfit. To be eligible for exchange, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from receipt of the outfit mentioning your order number and desired size, ship the outfit to us within 7 days of its receipt and share the tracking number. The cost of shipping to us shall be borne by you.
For international shippings/orders, the cost for shipping the outfit to be exchanged to us and later, of the exchanged outfit from us to you shall be borne by you.
RETURN OF WRONG/DAMAGED ARTICLES
Return of wrongly delivered article(s)
“Wrong Article” means and includes all such articles of Label Mansi Nagdev that have been delivered despite no order for the same having been made or paid for.
The delivery of a wrong article must be intimated to us within a period of 24 hours from receipt at email@example.com and must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of receipt, failing which no request for return will be entertained.
To be eligible for a return in case of delivery of a ‘wrong article’, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging at the time of return. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase where the wrong product has been delivered instead of the ordered product.
Return of damaged articles
The delivery of a damaged article must be intimated to us within a period of 24 hours from receipt.
To be eligible for a return of a damaged product, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase along with a video recording of unpacking of the product upon receipt. Please note that no claim for damaged product shall be maintainable unless accompanied with a video recording of its first unpacking upon receipt.
To initiate the return process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request for return meets the eligibility criterion for the same, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
