Shipping policy


DOMESTIC

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 12-15 working days to dispatch your order.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are usually dispatched within 15-20 business days from the date of placing the order depending upon the size of order.

In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

In case you need an order by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance prior to placing of the order at mansi@mansinagdev.com.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and through DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, etc for international orders.

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We charge a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 300/- for deliveries within India. For international orders, we charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 2500 and upwards depending upon the location, weight and volume of the shipment.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse/workshop in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. 

NON-AVAILABILITY WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED

Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. Our delivery partner will contact you when delivery is being attempted at the mobile number provided while placing order. In case, of your non-availability, delivery is attempted twice before the order is returned.
